A Wanaka man has died after his paraglider crashed on Mt Roy.
Emergency services were called around 3pm today.
The rescue helicopter was able to access the crash site around 5pm and found the paraglider's body.
He was a 54-year-old man.
A cliff rescue team has since recovered the man's body and police are in the process of notifying next of kin.
