A 57-year-old man has died today after a motorcycle crash earlier this month.
Police said the incident occurred on Saturday, October 17 about 3.15pm near Titoki, east of Whangarei.
The motorcyclist had been travelling on Mangakahia Rd from Kaikohe when he lost control, police said.
A 51-year-old woman was a passenger on the motorcycle and suffered injuries in the crash. She remains in Whangarei Hospital.
Police said they would not be releasing the name of the man until next of kin have been notified.
