Man dies after being trapped under campervan

A man is dead after becoming trapped under a campervan in Marlborough this afternoon.

Inspector Rick Jury of police southern communications said police were called to Holdaway Street in Riversdale, 2km from central Blenheim at 12.32pm.

It was not known how the man came to be under the campervan.

Blenheim police were still at the scene.
