A man has died after he was hit by a train in Christchurch this morning.
The man was killed at 2.44am on a section of the tracks between Factory Rd and Radcliffe Rd in the northern suburb of Belfast.
Police said the 44-year-old man was hit by a city-bound train. Officers are still locating the man's next of kin to advise them of his death.
Roads were closed in the area but are now operating as normal.
Police are investigating the death.
