The man accused of assaulting radio DJ Iain Stables pleaded not guilty yesterday. Stables, 38, says he was assaulted by Patrick Joseph Ulberg after he missed a flight at Auckland Airport and called Jetstar a "loser airline". Stables has been charged with disorderly behaviour likely to incite violence.
