A man has died on the motorway at Porirua this morning.
Police and the fire service are at the Mungavin overbridge after the man was critically injured about 8.15am.
The man, who was in his 40s, has since died at the scene.
Police are investigating.
The motorway is open but northbound motorists face delays.
