A man has died after the machinery he was moving toppled and fell on him.
Richard Paul Densham, 26, of Nelson, died after he was crushed by machinery at Sue John Berry Fruits in Tahuna this morning.
Senior Sergeant Stu Koefoed said the death has been referred to Occupational Safety and Health and will be investigated by the coroner.
