The man, crushed by a slab of concrete at a stone factory in Albany, is in hospital with two broken wrists and a bit of bruising.
The Stone Warehouse manager, Kerry Houghton, said the 25-year-old man was expected to go home today.
He said it was too early to say what may have caused the accident.
But Mr Houghton added Occupation Health and Safety would be in today to clear the scene of the accident and a full investigation would be taking place.
The incident happened at about 4:30 yesterday afternoon at the Stone Warehouse in Rosedale.
