A Warkworth man is in a critical condition after being run over by his tractor this morning.
The Auckland Westpac Rescue Helicopter was called to a Warkworth property at 8.37am after an accident was reported.
Intensive care flight paramedic Russell Clark said the man was in his 50s and appeared to have been run over by his own tractor.
A St John Ambulance was also sent to the scene, but the man was flown by helicopter to Auckland City Hospital with suspected head and chest injuries.
