A man is critically injured after suffering burns at a Burwood property in Christchurch.
Firecrews from Wainoni, New Brighton and St Albans attended the fire at Burwood Road at 5.45pm, but at first look there was no visible sign of a fire in the house.
The man was transported to Christchurch Hospital, A St John spokesman said.
