A man is in critical condition after the car he was in left the road and rolled in the Bay of Plenty this evening.
The 23-year-old was flown to Waikato Hospital with multiple injuries after the single vehicle crash in Reporoa.
The BayTrust Rescue Helicopter was called to assist because of the time critical nature of the man's injuries.
Local fire crews established a landing area for the helicopter as the mission was flown using night vision goggles.
