Some of the recordings are alleged to have been made in shopping mall changing rooms and under tables and show the women's underwear.
Falala is also accused of a number of burglaries. In one instance he is alleged to have broken into a Ponsonby apartment early on September 17 and filmed a woman sleeping on her couch in her underwear.
Police say he shone a torch at the woman and filmed her while she was asleep.
The woman told police that Falala dropped his pants and stood next to her. She woke but didn't move because she was scared of what he might do. The woman pretended to stir and Falala ran off, taking her handbag and wallet.
Police say he broke into two other homes before November 5 when he went to a house in Mt Albert. Three women were home when Falala is alleged to have climbed 3m on to a balcony and broke a window in the early hours.
Falala took two digital cameras before he was spotted by one of the women. She asked him who he was. Falala responded: "I'm here for the girl" and put his hand on her bottom.
Another flatmate asked Falala who he was. He is alleged to have told her to get out of the way before slapping her in the face and running through the front door.
Later that same morning, Falala is alleged to have broken into two more homes. During one of the burglaries, he was found by a woman who yelled at him to leave.
She phoned police who sent out a dog handler.
Police say Falala was tracked to his home nearby where they found property from the burgled homes.
He is alleged to have told police: "You've got me. I've done wrong."
Falala is due back in court later this week.
