A man has been charged over a fatal crash in central Auckland more than four months ago.
Christopher Michael Duffy, 46, appeared in Auckland District Court this morning on a count of careless driving causing the death of pedestrian Robert Su.
The incident took place on Fanshawe St on June 2.
Mr Su - a North Shore resident - died after being rushed to Auckland City Hospital.
The victim was an employee of ASB Bank and the company said at the time he was popular among his colleagues and would be "sadly missed".
