A 19-year-old south Auckland man has been charged with aggravated robbery following an armed house invasion on Monday.
Damien Kingi will appear in Waitakere District Court on January 13 for a depositions hearing.
Two other men were interviewed by police but were released without charge.
Three men armed with shotguns allegedly forced their way into an Auckland house and threatened the occupants before making off with cellphones, computer games, digital cameras, jewellery and cash.
The men entered the property in Riverhead, northwest of the Waitemata Harbour, at 1am on Monday, Detective Sergeant Phil Cox said.
They threatened the three occupants at gunpoint and demanded cash.
No shots were fired during the incident.
