A Hamilton man accused of attacking a dairy owner in an aggravated robbery can be named.
Jeremy Hoeta, 17, is yet to enter pleas to three charges after the Emm Jay Dairy in Hamilton East was allegedly robbed last month.
Owner Sandip Patel suffered a fractured skull and other injuries in the alleged robbery, which left him battered and bruised.
Hoeta is one of two men charged over the robbery. His name suppression lapsed today. A 16-year-old is being dealt with in the Youth Court.
Hoeta's lawyer Mike McIvor told Judge Simon Menzies in the Hamilton District Court he needed time to go over the casewith his client before entering pleas.
