A man has been arrested in connection with a shooting in the Auckland suburb of Hobsonville that left two people seriously injured just before Christmas, police say.
Police were called about 11.20pm on December 22 after two people went to a hospital with gunshot wounds, Detective Senior Sergeant Megan Goldie said.
“Both victims received serious injuries and one remains in hospital.”
Today, police arrested a 29-year-old man believed to be responsible, said Goldie, of Waitematā CIB.
