A man who allegedly fired shots close to a small child in a domestic incident at Te Atatu on September 15 has been arrested.
Police said the 32-year-old man was located this afternoon after they asked for help from the public via social media last week.
He will appear in Waitakere District Court tomorrow on charges of breaching a protection order, unlawful possession of a firearm and discharging a firearm with intent to cause grievous bodily harm.
