KEY POINTS:
A man has been arrested following an armed offenders squad callout in the upmarket Auckland suburb of Remuera this morning.
The police armed offenders squad was despatched about 8.25am to the Remuera address after threats were received from a man there, Inspector Barry Smalley of the police northern communications centre said.
Mr Smalley said a man was subsequently arrested "without incident".
