Man airlifted to hospital after car rolls

A Dunedin man who lost control behind the wheel near Golden Bay this morning has been airlifted to hospital.

The 49-year-old was driving on the open road when his car rolled into a paddock south east of Takaka.

The incident occurred around 6:30am.
