A man has been flown to Rotorua Hospital after being injured in a fall.
The BayTrust Rescue Helicopter was called out to Ruatahuna this morning after a 48-year-old local man suffered a fall.
The on board Paramedic stabilised the man and he was flown to Rotorua Hospital with lower back and leg injuries.
The helicopter was used due to the remoteness of the area.
