An Auckland man beneficiary, accused of murdering a sickness beneficiary by setting him on fire, has been remanded in custody for a psychiatric report at his second court appearance today.
The 32-year-old unemployed man was also granted a continuation of his name suppression until May 28 when he appeared in Auckland District Court today.
Colin Edward Moyle, aged 55, was attacked, doused in a flammable liquid and set on fire in the Auckland suburb of Sandringham on Friday.
