Wilson, who appeared in court seated on an electric mobility chair, was remanded in custody and Judge Walsh lifted interim name suppression.
The police summary of facts, provided to the Times-Age by the court, states that in 1970, when the victim was a pre-schooler he became sexually interested in her and soon began experimenting. While the girl was attending primary school, Wilson and the girl were at a relative's birthday party, Wilson called her over to sit on his knee and abused her while she was fully clothed.
The girl recalls Wilson being controlling; and waiting for her at lunch time outside her school "to keep an eye on her".
She was made to touch Wilson on many occasions. He took her on secluded walks where his offending continued.
The offending graduated to him forcing her to perform oral sex on him to rape at age 11, ignoring her constant pleas to stop.
He convinced her what he was doing was okay.
"He told the young girl that what was occurring was her fault because she continued to come with him," the court heard.
On one occasion when the girl was a teenager, he locked her in the toilet with him where he forced her to have sex with him while he sat on the toilet seat. Young children played outside in the hallway while the abuse went on.
He also introduced the girl to pornography and sex toys.
Indecencies with the dog happened for two years during 1980-1982.
Mr Blathwayt did not make an application for bail for Wilson.
Judge Walsh remanded Wilson in custody for a pre-sentence report and sentencing on February 27.
