A 44-year-old Christchurch storeman has admitted molesting two sisters over a four-year period.
The man, who has interim name suppression, pleaded guilty in Christchurch District Court today to charges of doing an indecent act on one of the girls when she was aged 13 and two similar counts relating to her sister when she was aged seven and nine.
The court was told the man was in a relationship with the mother of the sisters at the time of the offending.
Judge Brian Callaghan granted a request for interim name suppression and remanded the man in custody for sentence on February 22.
