Malaysian tourist missing

A search was continuing last night for a Malaysian tourist who went missing from Aoraki Mount Cook Village.

Kok Wong, 32, failed to catch his bus yesterday morning at 10am, incident controller Senior Constable Brent Swanson of Lake Tekapo police said.

Mr Wong had indicated he wanted to visit the Red Tarns Track and The Hooker Valley.
