Lundy's lawyers prepare appeal

Lawyers for convicted double murderer Mark Lundy are preparing another appeal.

Lundy is currently serving a life sentence in jail after being found guilty of bludgeoning his wife and seven-year-old daughter to death, ten years ago today.

He has previously appealed the conviction, but ended up with a longer non-parole period.

A fresh appeal is expected to be lodged soon.
