KEY POINTS:
It's not spring, it's not even autumn yet - but it is the season of celebrity love. Jonah Lomu and broadcaster Paul Henry have been linked with new love interests - and in at least one case we have the photographic proof to show it's more than the rumour mill working overtime.
While speculation about a fledgling romance between Henry and millionaire businesswoman Diane Foreman remains just that, Lomu, it seems, has fallen head over heels for new squeeze, 27-year-old brunette Nadene Quirk.
Just a few months after Lomu announced he and wife Fiona were "taking time out" after 4 1/2 years of marriage, the All Black veteran was parading his new flame out and about in public this week.
And as the photographs show - Quirk bears a striking resemblance to Lomu's former fiancee Teina Stace, one of the bevy of beauties left broken-hearted by the 63-test veteran.
Quirk recently separated from her husband, 23-year-old Blues player Jarek Goebel, after only 10 months together and she and Lomu have packed up their possessions and are now living together in Wellington.
However, while there's little doubt love is in the air for Lomu, things are a little murkier when it comes to Henry and Foreman. When asked whether they were seeing each other, Foreman laughed, and said, "I never discuss my private life - but I'm happy to talk about my business."
Henry was similarly evasive: "I don't comment on my personal life in any form."
This is not the first time Foreman's love life has been the subject of rumour and speculation. In 2006 she was dubbed the "other woman" in former National leader Don Brash's alleged affair.
Brash has since separated from wife Je Lan after 18 years together. Foreman, who says she is in her mid-40s, is married to 81-year-old businessman Bill Foreman.
Twelve years ago he sold his company, Trigon Plastics, for $130 million and he is in poor health after suffering several strokes and heart attacks over the past 10 years.
