A half-million dollar winning Lotto ticket sold in Patea has been claimed.
Four Square owner Ashvin Patel who sold the ticket said he'd received a text on Monday, October 31, from the Lotto office saying the prize money had been claimed.
The ticket was presented at an outlet out of the South Taranaki town and Mr Patel wouldn't say where.
The bumper $30 million Lotto Jackpot wasn't won on Saturday night but will climb to $34 million on Wednesday.
The winning tickets which shared the $1 million first division Lotto prize were bought at Johansen's Lotto in Wairoa and Patea Four Square in Patea.
