"We need a site and a franchisee to help make this possible. We are looking for a local to be our next star," he said.
Mr Bush said the progress made by the company in the past few years meant it was able to offer " fantastic opportunities for someone who wanted to get into their own business, including intensive training and ongoing support".
Domino's has a "long-term vision" to become a permanent fixture in Wairarapa.
"We have the ability to offer potential landlords and franchisees a strong global brand, with a large number of resources to pull from, we want a long-term relationship."
Once the store was up and running Domino's would be looking for staff, with jobs for 15-20 people.
Mr Bush said the jobs should not be seen as just a pay cheque, but as a career, as he himself had started out as a delivery driver.
"Many of our franchisees have started out by working in stores," he said.
Mr Bush said Domino's had a record breaking year and "all signs are pointing to another one to follow".
