Thinking about swimwear in July might be a shock to the system, but the new range from Lonely Hearts might help you get in the mood. The local brand launched their collection recently to tie in with the increasing demand from the Northern Hemisphere, following the growth of their lingerie line Lonely.
"It seemed a natural progression for us to move into designing swimwear," explains Lonely Hearts' Helene Morris. "Our aim is for all Lonely girls to be able to enjoy wearing our garments throughout their entire daily lifestyle, whether lounging around or being active and on the move. We are also looking to expand the offering with some small runs of Lonely inspired activewear pieces."
The small swim range features their signature long-line styles and strappy, cut-out details on bikinis, bottoms, and a zip-front swimsuit. It will be available from their flagship store, opening in Ponsonby in September - or, for now, online here.
