Johnny Appleseed is an integrated grower, packer and marketer of pip fruit and stone fruit.
The pack house is focused on packing quality fruit predominantly for the domestic market but also with a large export component. The packing facility operates all year round over 2 shifts between 6.00 am to 11.30 pm.
We have two positions available for Supervisors, one on each of our day and night shifts.
We are looking for people with a proven record of effective staff management who will enjoy working alongside our pack house team to ensure our quality and efficiency requirements are met.
The ideal candidate will be:
• A strong leader
• A good communication
• An effective trainer
• Able to manage performance issues when required
• Well organised and able to delegate
• Self-motivated with a desire to improve performance
• Aware of health and safety requirements in the work place
Apple industry experience with knowledge of Compac sorting equipment would be an advantage.
