Johnny Appleseed is an integrated grower, packer and marketer of pip fruit and stone fruit predominantly for the domestic market but also with a large export component.

The packing facility operates 12 months per year over 2 shifts from 6.00 am to 11.30 pm and is focused on packing quality fruit for all markets.

We operate sophisticated computer sorting equipment to significantly aid in the sorting of apples and stone fruit for both external and internal defects.

We are looking for a Line Control Operator who has a passion to get the optimum out of our computerized sorting equipment.

The ideal candidate should have the following:
• Advanced computer skills
• Be self-motivated to improve process performance
• Desire to take performance to a higher level
• Good communication skills
• An eye for detail
• Can work flexible hours including nightshift
• Apple industry knowledge an advantage

This is a permanent full time position
