Lesbian sex attack retrial called off

A Masterton woman convicted of an alleged lesbian sex attack has had all charges against her dismissed.

Kristina Rachael Oliver had earlier been found guilty of sexual violation and two counts of assault, but the convictions were overturned and a new trial ordered, the Dominion Post reported today.

However, Judge Bruce Davidson was told in Wellington District Court yesterday that the alleged victim did not want to give evidence at a retrial and the prosecution would offer no evidence on the charges.
