Several Wairarapa people charged with driving while suspended have had their cases delayed pending a decision by the Court of Appeal.

At least six defendants appeared in the Masterton District Court on Friday and were all remanded until July 4.
Judge Peter Butler told one defendant that there were 40 such cases in Lower Hutt alone.
