Lawyers to get new leader

The New Zealand Law Society council yesterday elected Rotorua barrister Jonathan Temm - son of the late High Court judge Paul Temm of Auckland - to be the society's next president.

He will take over in April from John Marshall, QC, who has held office for three years.
