A 36-year-old Auckland lawyer appeared in court yesterday accused of sex offences dating back to when he was 17. The lawyer faced six charges including sexual violation and indecent assault.
In the North Shore District Court the man's name was suppressed and he was remanded to reappear next month.
Judge Barbara Morris ordered him to surrender his passport to police and to have no contact with the alleged victims.
