Parliament has passed a bill to outlaw sneaky filming of people having sex.
The Crimes (Intimate Covert Filming) Amendment Act created offences covering the making, possessing, publishing, importing, exporting or selling of voyeuristic recordings.
The punishment can be up to three years' imprisonment.
