KEY POINTS:
A search of Kate Valley Landfill in Christchurch has failed to produce any sign of Emma Agnew or her belongings.
Detective Inspector Tom Fitzgerald says officers sifted through 12 tonnes of garbage in their hunt for the 20-year-old.
Today the search is confined to police divers, who are continuing to search the waterways in the Spencer Park and Brooklands area. A team of 25 detectives also continues to work through information from the public, trying to recreate her movements.
Police are still urging the Christchurch public to come forward with any information.
Forensics from Ms Agnew's red Mazda Familia, which was found burnt out on the day of her disappearance, are still not available.
