About 60 firefighters are tonight fighting a blaze at an Auckland engineering factory.
Emergency services were called to the large blaze at CMI Springs in Mount Wellington about 8.55pm, said Fire Service northern communications shift manager Jaron Phillips.
The front of the building was well ablaze by the time firefighters arrived, with the fire area around 50 metres by 70 metres.
About 15 fire engines and about 60 firefighters were at the scene, Mr Phillips said.
