Lane reopened after manhole collapse blocks traffic on busy Auckland street

A collapsed manhole on a busy Auckland road this morning has now been repaired and the lane is open.

NZTA tweeted that a manhole collapsed on Nelson St, at the Cook St intersection about 6am.

It blocked one lane, but an NZTA spokeswoman said the manhole has since been repaired and the lane is now open.
