Support for Labour and Greens has overtaken National as Parliament debates controversial spying law changes, the latest Morgan Poll shows.
The poll showed that support for National had fallen 7 percentage points since July to 44 percent. Labour's support increased by 5 percentage points to 34 per cent.
The Greens' share of the vote jumped 4 per cent to 14 per cent - the party's highest level since August 2012 - which meant that if an election were held tomorrow, a Labour-Greens coalition would win.
