Labour Department workers, including border security officers at Auckland, Wellington and Christchurch airports, have withdrawn a strike notice after reaching a settlement.
A series of 14 two-hour strikes were set to start today. The settlement is a 4 per cent across-the-board pay rise backdated to January 1.
