The Kuchenbecker family are still weighing up legal action against the Department of Corrections and the Parole Board but have no doubt there is a case, the Sensible Sentencing Trust says.
Trust spokesman Garth McVicar and legal adviser David Garrett attended a meeting with Paul and Lyn Kuchenbecker yesterday during which a path forward had been "nutted out".
