Kmart recalls faulty toasters

Kmart is recalling two toasters because an electrical fault could see them turned on despite the lever being up.

The Homemaker two and four slice stainless steel toasters, models DHT-100 and DHT-400, were sold at Kmart from October 2008 until last month.

Customers should stop using the toaster and return it to a Kmart for a full refund, the company said.
