KEY POINTS:
Kiwis are loyal when it comes to parting with their cash, with nearly two-thirds trying to buy New Zealand-made, a research company poll shows.
The telephone poll, of 529 people this month, found 59 per cent of New Zealanders said they made a point of buying New Zealand-made goods and an additional 13 per cent said it depended on what the goods were.
Twenty-eight per cent said they didn't make a point of buying New Zealand-made.
The poll was part of Research New Zealand's monthly survey of attitudes and opinions and was not on behalf of any organisation.
