New Zealand English teachers who lost their jobs when Japan's largest language school closed aren't running to their embassy for help.
A recent report said hundreds of Australian teachers remained unemployed after the closure of Nova, which filed for bankruptcy in September.
A Ministry of Foreign Affairs spokeswoman said only five New Zealand teachers had contacted the embassy in Tokyo.
