New Zealand's most prominent politicians agreed to be filmed reading the meanest tweets people have written about them.
The video, produced by the University of Auckland's Public Policy Club, features a number of MPs from both sides of the political spectrum, including Prime Minister Bill English.
The video producers describe it as a "showcase of some of the best (and worst) tweets about your favourite politicians, read by the politicians themselves".
The video is inspired by US talk show Jimmy Kimmel Live's famous segment, which regularly features celebrities reading mean tweets about themselves.
In the Kiwi politics version, published this morning on Facebook, Green Party leader James Shaw read a tweet telling him to "f*** off and be stupid in private" while Prime Minister Bill English read a tweet suggesting he has bad breath (an allegation he promptly refuted).
