A senior investigator from the Independent Police Conduct Authority has been appointed to head an international investigation team probing post-election violence in Kenya.
Bob Grinstead will lead the team supporting Kenya's Commission of Inquiry into Post Election Violence, which was established last month to look into the involvement of state security agencies in the violence surrounding last year's re-election contest of President Mwai Kibaki.
