Kiwi hurls abuse, repeatedly kicks Sri Lankan victim in Melbourne road-rage attack

Shocking footage reveals the moment a Kiwi racially abuses and kicks a man during a road-rage attack in Australia.

Melbourne man Paddy, who moved from Sri Lanka 22 years ago, said the attack began when both drivers pulled over on a Melbourne road on November 22.

The footage, shared on Facebook by Avi Yemini, shows the New Zealander repeatedly kicking Paddy in the legs.

"I'll knock you out c***. Who's laughing now b***h," the man shouted.

Forcefully kicking Paddy with his steel-capped boots, the man said "what c***, you think I give a f***?".

Paddy does not retaliate and is seen trying to walk away from the Kiwi in a bid to stop the fight.

He then warns him that his friend is recording the attack on camera, but the Kiwi responded with "I don't give a f*** c***".

The Kiwi then continues his rant: "I don't care, f*** you. Talking sh** to me like that c***, put your f***ing hands up c***.

"Indian c***, f***ing …. Punjabis b***h."

Paddy believes the attack was the result of road rage.

"I asked him, 'where are you going to go, how are you going to drive like this?' He was swearing and I was like, 'you do not drive like that, I have a business and if something happens, who's going to look after my family?" Paddy said.

Paddy opened up over the brutal assault, believing the judicial system has done nothing to protect him and other victims.

"Where else are we supposed to go if the very law supposed to be protecting us isn't," he told Avi Yemini.

Now the Sri Lankan has demanded perpetrators of violent crimes be deported back to their native countries.

He said people need to "remember why you came here" [to Australia] and that everyone needs to "integrate" and "accept" the way Australians live.

Police confirmed the 21-year-old attacker will be charged with unlawful assault, assault by kicking, use of offensive language in a public space and use of threatening words.

The 21-year-old will appear in court on April 24.
