The Kiwi then continues his rant: "I don't care, f*** you. Talking sh** to me like that c***, put your f***ing hands up c***.
"Indian c***, f***ing …. Punjabis b***h."
Paddy believes the attack was the result of road rage.
"I asked him, 'where are you going to go, how are you going to drive like this?' He was swearing and I was like, 'you do not drive like that, I have a business and if something happens, who's going to look after my family?" Paddy said.
Paddy opened up over the brutal assault, believing the judicial system has done nothing to protect him and other victims.
"Where else are we supposed to go if the very law supposed to be protecting us isn't," he told Avi Yemini.
Now the Sri Lankan has demanded perpetrators of violent crimes be deported back to their native countries.
He said people need to "remember why you came here" [to Australia] and that everyone needs to "integrate" and "accept" the way Australians live.
Police confirmed the 21-year-old attacker will be charged with unlawful assault, assault by kicking, use of offensive language in a public space and use of threatening words.
