Connecting Communities Wairarapa had a water theme for their school holiday programme. Youngsters enjoyed a raft-building session with Henley Men's Shed on Wednesday, before launching them for sea trials and races at the Genesis Recreation Centre's pool. Yesterday saw children precariously trying out stand-up paddle-boarding on Henley Lake with Wind Warrior instructor Brodie Macgregor. String bean puppetry, swimming and sports were also on offer.
