The Tuhirangi JAB rugby team are looking smart, thanks to a Trust House grant for new gear.
Parent and under-6 manager Jo van Vliet said they received a $750 grant for rugby gear, which they used to buy brand new rippers for their under-6 and under-8 players, water bottle carriers, first aid kits, mouthguards for everyone, cones and bags to hold balls.
"We wish to sincerely thank the Trust House for making our boys look so smart and replacing our well-loved rippers. We really appreciate all the safety gear we were able to provide our boys, thanks to your wonderful grant."
